What is coaching?
We all have goals we want to achieve and challenges we try to overcome. There are times in life when we feel stuck and unable to move forward. Through partnership with a coach, you are made aware of both obstacles and opportunities. Coaching is based on you and what you need most for your development, it means an unconditional approach where the coach does not have a complete program but designs this together with you.
Coaching should not be confused with therapy or mentorship. Coaching is about looking ahead, finding areas of development and overcoming obstacles. It is a goal-oriented process and differs from therapy in that we do not look back at causes, instead we look ahead and find new ways to achieve desired goals, development and change. It also differs from mentorship as coaching is based on you and your capabilities, ambitions and goals, it is not about getting advice but instead about finding your way forward.

I help companies that want to offer coaching as part of their leadership development, as well as private individuals who want personal coaching.
